This position shall be responsible for satisfying requests to develop programs to extend SharePoint functionality, enhance its useability, and improve user experience.

This position shall be responsible for satisfying requests to develop programs to extend SharePoint functionality, enhance its useability, and improve user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop scripts, and re-useable libraries to enhance the SharePoint user experience.
- Provide documentation on all systems development activities performed i.e., User Guide, FAQs, Technical Documentation.
- Diagnose, isolate and debug software problems and perform problem resolution and application of patches as necessary.
- Provide assistance to users, facilitate resolution of assigned incident tickets, and service requests.
- 4-year Bachelors' degree in (Computer Science or related field).
- 3-4 years' directly related experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Good understanding of SharePoint server side components and architecture.
- Knowledgeable on the following:
- HTML
- CSS
- Javascript
- JS Frameworks, e.g. JQuery, Ajax
- CAML queries
- Visual Studio C#/ ASP.Net
- Proficient with SharePoint Online, and SharePoint 2013 OOTB functionalities and SharePoint Client-side object model CSOM/JSOM
