FR Export Operations Manager
Location: Manila
Salary: Php100,000.00 to Php150,000.00
Shift: Day-shift (Mondays to Fridays)
A leading logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking an experienced FR Export Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of airfreight export operations. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving team performance and process improvement.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving team performance and process improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end export shipments, from booking at origin to final cargo delivery
- Promote a continuous improvement culture to achieve operational excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through training and performance management
- Serve as the escalation point for complaints and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions
- Ensure high-level customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the company network and with external suppliers and partners
- Strong background in Airfreight Export Operations
- 3–5 years of experience leading export operations, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding
- Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Skilled in problem-solving, analysis, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
