Business Analyst (Analytics and End User Satisfaction)

Location: Mandaluyong City

Shift: Regular Hours (M to F)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform research and analysis.
  • Use Service Management data, observations and reports to get a clear picture of the department's operations and ways to improve it.
  • Translate findings into easy to understand reports or presentations for management.
  • Conduct survey Transaction based and Periodic Surveys.
  • Prepare technical documentation for end-users as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow or equivalent major IT Service Management technology systems experience required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified as a plus.
  • 5+ years working within an environment of process excellence.
  • ITIL experience and certification is a plus.
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
